We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented CCR Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will contribute to efficient plant operations by monitoring production processes, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring operational performance targets are achieved.

Role Overview

As a CCR Operator, you will oversee and monitor production operations from the Central Control Room to ensure optimum plant performance, product quality, and operational efficiency. You will work closely with production, laboratory, and maintenance teams to maintain smooth operations while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and control plant operations from the Central Control Room to ensure efficient production performance
• Follow operational process curves and parameters to maintain optimum quality and production KPIs
• Monitor and interpret chemical analysis results and quality data issued by the laboratory
• Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to resolve operational issues promptly
• Ensure production activities comply with quality, safety, and operational standards
• Identify operational abnormalities and take corrective actions to minimize downtime
• Maintain accurate operational records and prepare production reports as required
• Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing plant efficiency and productivity
• Adhere strictly to company safety procedures and operational guidelines

Job Requirements

• HND in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience within the cement manufacturing industry
• Strong understanding of cement plant operations and production processes
• Ability to monitor operational trends and maintain optimal production parameters
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and within a fast-paced industrial environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence
