What You Will Own

• Recruit, vet, onboard, train, and retain a high-performing cleaner network across Accra
• Build operational systems, SOPs, workflows, and quality assurance frameworks from the ground up
• Maintain a minimum monthly customer satisfaction rating of 4.5+
• Improve booking volume through operational efficiency and cleaner reliability
• Supervise field operations and proactively resolve service issues before they affect customers
• Monitor operational performance metrics and deliver clear reporting insights
• Work directly with the Founder to improve systems, execution, and company strategy

Successful performance in this role will include:

• 95%+ job completion rate
• 4.5+ customer satisfaction rating
• 80%+ cleaner retention rate
• Consistent month-on-month booking growth

Growth Milestones

• Within 6 months: Daily operations run independently without founder involvement
• Within 12 months: Operational systems are strong enough to support expansion into a second city

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who thrives in high-accountability environments and can execute under pressure. The ideal candidate has experience in fast-moving operational settings such as:

• Banking and financial operations
• Logistics and supply chain
• Startup operations
• Service delivery management
• Field operations or high-pressure environments

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 3–5 years of experience in operations, logistics, service delivery, or team management
• Strong problem-solving ability with a systems-thinking mindset
• Proven ability to improve processes and prevent recurring operational issues
• Excellent leadership and people management skills
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities
• Data-literate with the ability to track KPIs and report performance clearly
• Based in Accra and available for regular field supervision and mobility across the city
