Role Overview
As the Human Resource Manager, you will oversee all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compliance, and HR operations. You will work closely with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives while creating a productive and positive workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that support organizational goals and business objectives
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Foster a positive and engaging work environment by managing employee relations matters professionally and effectively
- Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development plans
- Design and implement training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills, performance, and career growth
- Administer compensation and benefits programs while ensuring market competitiveness and regulatory compliance
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices
- Maintain and oversee accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Support organizational culture initiatives that promote collaboration, accountability, and employee well-being
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of proven experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR role
- Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and employment regulations
- Hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and compensation administration
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making abilities
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and departments
