Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Channel Sales Supervisor to drive channel development, strengthen distributor relationships, and expand market share. The successful candidate will actively lead channel sales initiatives, monitor performance metrics, and implement strategic actions that enhance sales growth and operational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective channel sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets.

  • Identify, recruit, and manage distributors and channel partners to expand market coverage.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers.

  • Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and prepare detailed performance reports.

  • Lead promotional activities, product presentations, and training sessions for channel partners.

  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing, product delivery, and customer satisfaction.

  • Take critical and measurable initiatives to improve sales performance and operational processes.

  • Travel as required to oversee channel activities and strengthen regional market presence.


Educational and Professional Requirements

  • Master’s degree or higher in Sales/Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in building materials, construction, or related industries.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and achieve measurable results.

  • Willingness to travel as needed.
