Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cheese & Yogurt Maker to produce high-quality dairy products. The successful candidate will manage the preparation, fermentation, and production processes to ensure products meet established quality standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare milk and other ingredients for cheese and yogurt production
  • Manage fermentation, culture addition, and processing according to standard procedures
  • Monitor product quality, texture, and taste during production
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and food quality standards
  • Maintain accurate production records and batch documentation
  • Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of production equipment
  • Collaborate with quality control and production teams to ensure consistent product standards
  • Identify and report any issues affecting product quality or production efficiency

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Diploma, certificate, or degree in Dairy Technology, Food Science, or a related field
  • Experience in a dairy or ice cream manufacturing company is highly preferred
  • Knowledge of cheese and yogurt production processes, cultures, and fermentation techniques
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good problem-solving and organizational skills
