Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Chef / Head Cook to lead kitchen operations and drive excellence in food preparation, service speed, and menu innovation.
The successful candidate will take full ownership of kitchen performance, ensure strict food safety compliance, and lead a high-performing culinary team to deliver consistent, high-quality noodle-based and fast-service meals.
Core Deliverables
- Take full ownership of daily kitchen operations to deliver high-quality meals, fast service, and excellent customer satisfaction.
- Design, standardize, and continuously improve a noodle-focused fast-service menu.
- Recruit, train, supervise, and develop kitchen staff to ensure consistency, speed, and hygiene compliance.
- Maintain strict control over food quality, portioning, preparation time, and presentation standards.
- Manage inventory levels, coordinate suppliers, and control food costs to ensure efficiency and profitability.
- Enforce full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
Other Key Responsibilities
- Develop and introduce new recipes to keep the menu innovative, attractive, and competitive.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve kitchen workflow and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns through food innovation and product quality.
- Monitor daily kitchen performance and prepare reports with insights and improvement recommendations.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3+ years of proven experience in culinary arts, quick-service restaurants, or fast-paced kitchen environments.
- Strong expertise in noodle preparation, fast-food menu development, and recipe standardization.
- Proven leadership, team management, and organizational skills.
- Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and kitchen best practices.
- Formal culinary training or certification is an advantage.
- Hands-on, energetic, and quality-driven with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and deliver consistent results.
