The Position
The Chief Operations Officer (COO) leads the organization’s operational strategy and execution. The role drives efficiency, scalability, and performance across all operational functions while supporting the company’s long-term strategic objectives. The COO works closely with executive leadership to translate vision into action and ensures consistent delivery of value to clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and scalability.
Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Optimize business processes, systems, and performance metrics.
Drive cross-functional collaboration and operational excellence.
Manage budgets, resources, and operational risk effectively.
Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing operational teams.
Support strategic planning, growth initiatives, and change management efforts.
Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and internal governance requirements
Qualifications and Experience
Applicants must:
Hold a Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized institution.
Possess a minimum of eight (8) years of progressive leadership experience, with at least three (3) years in senior operations management.
Demonstrate strong strategic, analytical, and operational leadership skills.
Exhibit excellent communication, decision-making, and stakeholder management abilities.
Show a proven track record in driving operational improvement and organizational growth.
