The Position

The Chief Operations Officer (COO) leads the organization’s operational strategy and execution. The role drives efficiency, scalability, and performance across all operational functions while supporting the company’s long-term strategic objectives. The COO works closely with executive leadership to translate vision into action and ensures consistent delivery of value to clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and scalability.

  • Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with organizational goals.

  • Optimize business processes, systems, and performance metrics.

  • Drive cross-functional collaboration and operational excellence.

  • Manage budgets, resources, and operational risk effectively.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing operational teams.

  • Support strategic planning, growth initiatives, and change management efforts.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and internal governance requirements

    Qualifications and Experience

    Applicants must:

    • Hold a Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized institution.

    • Possess a minimum of eight (8) years of progressive leadership experience, with at least three (3) years in senior operations management.

    • Demonstrate strong strategic, analytical, and operational leadership skills.

    • Exhibit excellent communication, decision-making, and stakeholder management abilities.

    • Show a proven track record in driving operational improvement and organizational growth.
