Role Overview

Golden Coast Developers seeks a proactive and detail-oriented Client Experience Executive to enhance customer satisfaction and support client engagement across all touchpoints. This role ensures that clients receive timely, professional, and personalized service throughout their journey with the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.

• Coordinate client communications, appointments, and follow-ups.

• Support the sales and operations teams by managing client records and documentation.

• Track client interactions and maintain accurate data in internal systems.

• Ensure a consistent and positive client experience across all engagements.

• Address client concerns and escalate issues when necessary.

• Prepare reports and updates related to client experience activities.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Previous experience in customer service, client experience, or sales support is an advantage.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• High attention to detail with strong organizational abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email systems.

• Professional appearance and customer-focused mindset.
