Role Overview

As a Content Creator, you will play a key role in shaping how our brand is experienced across digital platforms. You will be responsible for capturing, producing, and editing high-quality visual content that showcases our properties, projects, events, and customer experiences.

This role is ideal for a creative storyteller who sees opportunities in every moment, understands digital trends, and knows how to create content that captures attention and drives engagement.

Key Responsibilities

You will:

• Develop and execute creative content strategies that enhance brand awareness and audience engagement.
• Capture high-quality photos and videos of properties, project sites, events, and promotional activities.
• Produce engaging content for social media, websites, digital campaigns, and marketing initiatives.
• Edit videos, reels, short-form content, and visual assets to a professional standard.
• Create compelling visual stories that highlight the value and uniqueness of our real estate developments.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support lead generation and brand-building efforts.
• Stay up to date with content trends, social media best practices, and emerging digital platforms.
• Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of content across channels.
• Assist in developing creative concepts for campaigns, launches, and promotional events.
• Monitor content performance and recommend strategies to improve engagement and reach.

Qualifications & Experience

Education

• A Diploma, HND, Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, Film Production, Digital Media, Journalism, or a related field will be an advantage.

Experience

• Previous experience in content creation, social media management, videography, photography, digital marketing, or a related role.
• Experience creating content for brands, businesses, agencies, or real estate companies will be an added advantage.
• A strong portfolio showcasing creative work is highly desirable.
