Continuous Improvement Analyst (Full-Time Contract)
Location: Chirano Mine Site

Role Summary
We are seeking a proactive and analytical Continuous Improvement Analyst to drive operational excellence across our mining operations. The successful candidate will identify improvement opportunities, support project execution, and implement best practices that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize performance.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, analyze, and implement continuous improvement initiatives across mining operations.
Support the planning and execution of projects aimed at improving productivity and operational efficiency.
Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to streamline processes and eliminate waste.
Analyze operational and financial data to support decision-making and cost optimization.
Track, measure, and report on improvement initiatives and performance outcomes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and standardization.
Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and coaching to embed a culture of continuous improvement.
Develop and document best practices and ensure their consistent application.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Minerals Engineering, Information Systems, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent technical discipline.
Experience Requirements
Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in Continuous Improvement, Engineering, or a supervisory role within a mining environment.
Demonstrated experience in Project Management and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of mining business and operational processes.
Advanced analytical skills with strong financial judgment for cost management and decision-making.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and advanced computer skills, including Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong problem-solving ability with a focus on execution and results.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured and organized manner.
Intellectual curiosity and commitment to continuous learning.
Effective coaching, facilitation, and team collaboration skills.
Ability to develop, implement, and sustain best practices.
Strong financial acumen, including ROI and cost-benefit analysis.
Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
