Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Crane Operator to join our operations team. The ideal candidate will actively operate crane machinery, ensure safe lifting procedures, and support efficient workflow on site.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate crane machinery safely and efficiently according to standard operating procedures.
• Perform pre-operational inspections and routine maintenance checks on crane equipment.
• Assist in planning and executing lifting operations to meet production and safety standards.
• Follow all safety protocols, guidelines, and regulations at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
• Report equipment malfunctions, hazards, or operational issues promptly to management.

Requirements

• SHS or HND or Diploma qualification.
• Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience as a crane operator.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and proactive problem-solving abilities.
