Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome patients and visitors warmly, creating a positive first impression
  • Handle inquiries, appointments, and patient requests promptly and professionally
  • Provide accurate information about services, procedures, and schedules
  • Manage incoming calls, messages, and emails efficiently
  • Maintain patient records with confidentiality and accuracy
  • Resolve complaints or concerns in a calm and professional manner
  • Support administrative tasks to ensure smooth clinic operations

Requirements

  • Minimum educational qualification: SHS Graduate or Diploma in a relevant field
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with digital communication tools
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
