Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and service-oriented Customer Service Intern to support our front desk and student services team. The successful candidate will assist in delivering excellent customer experience to students, parents, and visitors while gaining practical exposure in administrative and client service operations within an educational setting.


Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist students, parents, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person
  • Provide accurate information about programs, admissions, and institutional services
  • Support administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and record management
  • Assist in managing appointments and scheduling
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk environment
  • Escalate complex inquiries to the appropriate departments when necessary
  • Contribute to improving customer service processes and experiences

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing) in Business Administration, Communication, Education, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused attitude with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
