Role Overview

Faithful Brothers Farms Ltd seeks a proactive and results-driven Deputy General Manager to support executive leadership in overseeing daily operations and driving strategic growth. Key Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing business strategies.

• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and compliance with company standards.

• Lead, mentor, and supervise departmental teams to achieve performance targets.

• Monitor financial performance and contribute to budgeting and cost control initiatives.

• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
