Job Description

Digital Marketing and Analytics Strategist

Location: Accra, Ghana
Employment Type: Full-Time
Application Deadline: 25 May 2026

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that support brand visibility, audience engagement, and business growth.
  • Monitor and analyse social media and digital marketing performance across multiple platforms.
  • Generate reports and present marketing insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend improvements based on campaign data and audience behaviour.
  • Manage and optimize social media campaigns, digital advertising, and audience targeting strategies.
  • Use analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Sheets, and other reporting platforms to evaluate campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to execute effective digital campaigns.
  • Support website updates, content management, and basic website maintenance activities.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, analytics tools, and platform algorithm changes.
  • Identify growth opportunities and recommend innovative strategies to improve digital reach and engagement.

Educational Requirement

  • Higher National Diploma (HND) or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, Business Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in digital marketing, social media analytics, or growth strategy.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present findings effectively.
  • Practical experience using Meta Business Suite and Google Sheets for reporting and campaign analysis.
  • Ability to communicate technical insights clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Basic website management and content update capability.
