Digital Marketing Officer (Full-Time)

Position Summary

Axis Human Capital Ltd is looking for a creative, results-oriented Digital Marketing Officer to lead the company’s digital marketing initiatives and strengthen our online presence. The successful candidate will develop and execute impactful digital campaigns, create compelling content, generate quality business leads, and enhance engagement across digital platforms. This role requires a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys collaborating with recruitment and business development teams to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement integrated digital marketing strategies to strengthen the company’s brand visibility across all digital channels.
  • Create, design, and publish engaging digital content, including graphics, videos, articles, blogs, newsletters, and social media posts.
  • Manage and grow the company’s presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), and other relevant platforms.
  • Build and nurture online communities by responding to inquiries and driving meaningful engagement with candidates, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns through Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms to generate qualified leads.
  • Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights to improve reach, engagement, conversions, and return on investment.
  • Manage and maintain the company website, ensuring content remains current, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines (SEO).
  • Promote company events, webinars, recruitment campaigns, and networking activities through targeted digital marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify emerging trends, tools, and best practices within digital marketing and the human capital industry.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience & Skills

  • Minimum of two (2) years’ professional experience in digital marketing, preferably within a service-based, recruitment, consulting, or B2B environment.
  • Demonstrated success in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns that deliver measurable business results.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing content creation, campaign management, and digital marketing achievements is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in social media management platforms such as Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or Buffer.
  • Working knowledge of graphic design applications, including Canva and Adobe Creative Suite, as well as video editing tools.
  • Experience with SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta advertising platforms.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or SendGrid.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong creativity, analytical thinking, organizational, and project management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and consistently meet deadlines.
  • Must reside within reasonable commuting distance of Accra’s business district to support reliable on-site attendance.

Working Environment

  • Full-time, on-site position based in Accra.
  • Standard business hours, Monday to Friday, with occasional flexibility during campaign launches, events, or business priorities.
