We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Digitalization Manager to lead our digital transformation journey and drive Industry 4.0 initiatives across our operations.

Position Summary

The Digitalization Manager will lead the development and execution of the company’s digital transformation strategy by integrating advanced technologies into manufacturing and business operations. The successful candidate will drive process automation, improve operational efficiency, strengthen data-driven decision-making, and champion innovation across the organization while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic digital initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Strategy & Transformation

• Develop and implement a comprehensive digitalization and Industry 4.0 strategy aligned with the organization’s business objectives.
• Identify digital opportunities that improve operational performance, productivity, and business growth.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives from concept through implementation.

Technology Integration

• Drive the adoption and integration of advanced technologies, including Cyber-Physical Systems, Internet of Things (IoT), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Big Data Analytics, and Cloud Computing.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of digital solutions.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions that support business objectives.

Process Automation & Optimization

• Lead automation initiatives across manufacturing and supply chain operations.
• Improve operational efficiency, product quality, and manufacturing performance through digital technologies.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices to enhance productivity.

Data Management & Analytics

• Establish effective data collection, governance, classification, and analysis frameworks.
• Develop real-time dashboards and reporting tools to support operational monitoring and decision-making.
• Promote data-driven decision-making across business functions.

Project Management

• Plan, coordinate, and manage digital transformation and engineering projects from initiation to completion.
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in line with business requirements.
• Monitor project risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.

Change Management & Leadership

• Lead organizational change initiatives that support digital transformation.
• Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and digital adoption.
• Build strong collaboration between Information Technology, Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain teams.
• Coach and support teams throughout digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in engineering, digital transformation, project management, or a related industrial environment.
• Demonstrated experience in factory automation, instrumentation, and industrial control systems.
• Strong working knowledge of Industrial IT systems, industrial software, and IoT platforms.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise technologies such as SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce CRM, FlexiCapture SDK, or similar digital platforms.
• Previous experience within the FMCG or manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
• Professional certification in Project Management, Digital Transformation, Automation, or related fields will be an added advantage.
