Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Drilling Operator to join our team in Accra. In this role, you will operate drilling equipment, support field operations, and ensure all activities are carried out efficiently and in compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate drilling equipment and machinery effectively
• Support drilling operations and ensure adherence to project requirements
• Monitor equipment performance and report any faults or issues
• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of drilling equipment
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment
• Record operational data and maintain accurate reports
• Collaborate with team members to achieve operational targets

Qualifications & Requirements

• HND or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Minimum of 2 years’ hands-on experience in drilling or related operations
• Basic technical knowledge of drilling equipment and processes
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Ability to work in demanding and field-based environments
• Good teamwork and communication skills
