Role Overview

The Drilling Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining drilling equipment to support field operations. The role requires a safety-conscious individual with hands-on technical experience and the ability to work efficiently in demanding environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate drilling equipment in accordance with established procedures and safety standards.
• Support drilling activities to ensure efficient and timely project execution.
• Inspect and maintain drilling equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Monitor drilling operations and report any faults or irregularities promptly.
• Adhere strictly to health, safety, and environmental guidelines at all times.
• Assist in setting up and dismantling drilling equipment as required.
• Maintain accurate records of drilling activities and equipment usage.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and safe operations.

Qualifications & Experience

• SHS, Diploma, or HND in a relevant technical field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in drilling operations or a similar role.
• Basic technical knowledge of drilling equipment and operations.
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures effectively.
