Position Summary

Toptech is seeking a responsible and safety-conscious Driver to support daily transportation and logistics operations in Accra. The Driver will ensure the safe, timely, and efficient movement of personnel, equipment, and materials while maintaining company vehicles to the highest standards.

This role plays an important part in creating a safe and dependable service environment for both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles safely and in compliance with all traffic laws and regulations.

• Transport staff, documents, equipment, and materials to designated locations in a timely manner.

• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and ensure vehicles remain clean, roadworthy, and well maintained.

• Report mechanical issues, accidents, or incidents promptly to management.

• Maintain accurate vehicle logs, mileage records, and fuel usage reports.

• Secure cargo properly and handle materials with care to prevent damage or loss.

• Follow company safety procedures and defensive driving practices at all times.

• Support logistics and operational tasks as assigned.

• Represent the company professionally when interacting with clients and the public.

Required Qualifications

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Licensing & Experience

• Valid driver’s license appropriate for the type of vehicle operated.

• Proven years of experience as a professional driver.

• Clean driving record with no major accidents or traffic violations.

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong knowledge of local and international traffic regulations.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• High attention to detail and a strong commitment to safety.

• Ability to handle and transport various types of cargo and equipment responsibly.
