ELECTRICAL ENGINEER (FIELD PROJECT LEAD) – FULL-TIME

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and manage all project activities from initiation through to completion.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of key milestones.
- Coordinate effectively with engineers, contractors, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
- Identify project risks early and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Oversee site operations and procurement activities where required.
- Prepare and present accurate project reports and progress updates to management.
- Ensure high-quality execution of electrical and MEP works across all project phases.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the engineering or construction industry.
- Proven experience managing engineering or construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of project planning tools such as MS Project.
- Good understanding of electrical systems is an added advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
