Role Overview

The company seeks a Ghana-based Electrical Engineer (Wiring & Installations) with strong hands-on experience in electrical installation works. You will support the execution of wiring projects, supervise site activities, and ensure all electrical installations meet required safety, quality, and technical standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and supervise electrical wiring works across assigned projects.
• Interpret wiring layouts, schematics, and technical installation drawings.
• Install electrical fixtures, panels, distribution boards, and related systems.
• Conduct cable sizing, load calculations, and prepare bills of quantities (BOQ).
• Troubleshoot wiring faults and carry out routine maintenance and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Use electrical testing instruments and installation tools effectively and safely.
• Coordinate site activities to ensure timely and accurate project delivery.
• Maintain accurate documentation of installation works and site progress.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the electrical engineering industry.
• Proven hands-on experience in wiring and electrical installation projects.
• Strong knowledge of wiring standards, practices, and safety procedures.
• Proficiency with electrical tools and industry-standard equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to manage site activities and deliver within deadlines.
