Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive Executive & General Virtual Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support. In this role, you will help streamline daily operations by managing schedules, coordinating communication, and supporting key administrative tasks to ensure smooth workflow across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Manage executive calendars and monitor email correspondence.
Schedule meetings and prepare meeting agendas and supporting materials.
Draft documents, reports, and professional communications.
Conduct online research and perform accurate data entry tasks.
Coordinate administrative tasks, travel bookings, and related logistics.
Support daily administrative operations and maintain organized records.
Qualifications & Requirements
Degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in administrative or executive support.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
