Job Title: InEvent Graduate Takeoff Program – HR Intern (Full-Time)

We empower executive leadership teams and operational managers with advanced tools that drive efficiency, insight, and high-level decision-making.

We are inviting applications for the HR Intern – Graduate Takeoff Program in Accra. You will actively support our People & Culture team in strengthening employee experience, recruitment, employer branding, and internal engagement within a dynamic startup environment.


Role Overview

As an HR Intern, you will contribute directly to recruitment activities, employee engagement, HR operations, and employer branding initiatives. You will work closely with the HR team to support day-to-day functions while gaining hands-on exposure to modern HR practices in a global tech environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews
  • Assist in employee relations activities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives across digital platforms and social media channels
  • Maintain and update HRIS systems with accurate employee data
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth employee transitions
  • Assist in creating engaging internal communication materials and HR campaigns
  • Collaborate with the HR team to execute innovative people-focused initiatives
  • Ensure proper documentation and organization of HR records and reports

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6+ months experience in HR-related roles, with exposure to employee relations and employer branding
  • Experience working with HRIS platforms
  • Prior involvement in recruitment or hiring processes is required
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms
  • Strong sense of urgency, responsibility, and initiative
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
  • Strong willingness to learn and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluency in English is required
  • Must have a personal laptop (Mac or Windows)
  • Must have access to a mobile device (iOS or Android)
