Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Executive Property Investment Advisor to lead high-level property investment advisory services. The successful candidate will evaluate investment opportunities, guide acquisition strategies, manage client relationships, and ensure compliance across all transactions. This role requires strong financial expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to operate confidently in a high-value investment environment.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Modeling & Investment Analysis

• Perform rigorous investment appraisals, including IRR, Cap Rate, and Cash-on-Cash return analysis
• Evaluate market data to identify high-performing and undervalued property opportunities
• Provide data-driven investment recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders

End-to-End Acquisition Management

• Lead the full acquisition process from sourcing to negotiation and final closing
• Conduct due diligence and coordinate with legal and financial teams
• Structure deals to maximize investor returns while minimizing risk exposure

Relationship Management

• Build and maintain a high-level network of developers, mortgage brokers, legal advisors, and investors
• Manage client relationships with a consultative and advisory approach
• Facilitate seamless communication between all stakeholders in the investment process

Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure all transactions comply with local real estate laws and regulations
• Enforce strict adherence to anti-money laundering (AML) and ethical standards
• Mitigate investment risks through proper due diligence and compliance checks

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of 5–10 years’ experience in luxury real estate, private banking, or investment consultancy
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Sales, Real Estate, or a related field
• MBA or CFA designation is highly preferred
• Strong expertise in financial modeling and investment analytics tools
• Excellent understanding of real estate market dynamics and data analysis
• Exceptional boardroom-level communication and presentation skills
• Ability to translate complex financial data into clear investment insights
