Job Summary
Landmark Homes seeks results-driven and experienced Sales Executives to drive property sales and build strong client relationships. The successful candidates will actively promote our real estate offerings, engage prospective clients, and contribute to the company’s sales growth while maintaining a welcoming and professional client experience.
Key Responsibilities
Actively market and sell Landmark Homes’ properties to prospective clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication
Identify new sales opportunities and follow up on leads consistently
Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings
Negotiate sales terms and close deals in line with company targets
Maintain accurate sales records and client databases
Collaborate with the marketing and management teams to achieve sales goals
Represent the company professionally at all times
Educational & Skill Requirements
Proven experience in sales (real estate experience is an advantage)
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Excellent customer service and relationship management abilities
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
