Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Sales Analyst to support sales operations through data analysis, reporting, and system optimization. In this role, you will transform sales data into actionable insights, improve performance tracking, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze sales data and generate insights to support strategic decision-making
  • Maintain and manage Sales Force Automation (SFA) data for accuracy and efficiency
  • Develop dashboards and reports using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
  • Monitor sales performance and identify trends, gaps, and opportunities
  • Support system optimization and continuous improvement of sales processes
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to enhance performance
  • Assist in forecasting, planning, and performance tracking initiatives

Requirements

  • HND or Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in sales operations or data analysis
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar platforms
  • Strong working knowledge of Power BI or Tableau
  • Proven ability to manage SFA data and generate actionable insights
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
