Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance, safety, functionality, and efficiency of company facilities and branch operations. The successful candidate will ensure all facilities operate smoothly, comply with safety standards, and provide a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for employees and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance and daily operations of company facilities and branches
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for equipment and infrastructure
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Coordinate repairs, renovations, and facility improvement projects
• Manage relationships with external vendors, contractors, and service providers
• Monitor facility budgets and control maintenance-related expenses
• Conduct routine inspections to identify operational and safety issues
• Ensure utilities, security systems, and equipment function effectively
• Support branch teams by resolving facility-related concerns promptly
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, reports, and documentation

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in facilities management, operations, or maintenance management
• Degree or diploma in Facilities Management, Engineering, Building Technology, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and workplace safety standards
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Strong leadership and communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
