Position Summary

The Factory Warehouse / Production Audit Officer ensures accuracy, accountability, and compliance across warehouse and production operations. This role supports inventory control, monitors production processes, and strengthens internal audit systems to maintain high standards within a regulated manufacturing environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor warehouse operations to ensure accurate inventory management and stock control.
  • Conduct routine audits of production processes to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Verify records related to stock movement, production output, and material usage.
  • Identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions to improve operational efficiency.
  • Support the implementation of internal control systems across warehouse and production units.
  • Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Prepare audit reports and provide actionable insights to management.
  • Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards within the factory environment.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain & Logistics, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of two (2) years’ relevant experience in warehouse operations, production, or auditing.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an added advantage.
  • Must reside within North Kaneshie or nearby areas.
  • Must be a Ghanaian citizen.
