Position Summary

Peduase Valley Resort is seeking a courteous, energetic, and customer-focused F&B Service Staff (Waiter) to join our Food and Beverage team. The successful candidate will deliver excellent table service, attend to guest needs, and ensure a high standard of dining experience in line with the resort’s hospitality standards.

This role is ideal for a service-oriented individual who is passionate about hospitality, enjoys interacting with guests, and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival in dining areas.
• Present menus, provide detailed information on food and beverage options, and make recommendations when required.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them clearly to kitchen and bar staff.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Ensure tables are properly set, clean, and maintained throughout service.
• Attend to guest requests and ensure a positive dining experience at all times.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in dining and service areas.
• Process bills accurately and handle payments when required.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Educational Requirements

• Higher National Diploma (HND) or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Hotel Management, or a related field.

Experience and Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) to three (3) years of relevant experience in food and beverage service, hospitality, or restaurant operations.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to service excellence.
• Ability to remain professional and courteous under pressure.
