Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Field Service Supervisor to oversee the maintenance, repair, and inspection of our heavy-duty machinery, trucks, tractors, and other vehicles. The successful candidate will ensure operational efficiency, manage spare parts in collaboration with the supply chain department, and lead the service team to maintain high standards of equipment reliability and safety.


Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise maintenance and repair activities for heavy-duty machines, including dozers, graders, excavators, trucks, amplifiers, and trailers
  • Conduct regular inspections of machinery and vehicles to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance
  • Collaborate with the supply chain department to ensure availability of spare parts and maintenance materials
  • Plan, schedule, and prioritize field service activities to minimize downtime
  • Manage and mentor field service technicians, promoting safety, efficiency, and teamwork
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to prevent operational delays
  • Implement preventive maintenance programs to extend equipment lifespan and reliability

Qualifications and Requirements

  • First degree in Mechanical Engineering (Auto option preferred)
  • Professional qualifications in automobile engineering or relevant certification
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in automobile or heavy-duty equipment maintenance and repair
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and heavy machinery operations
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in the field and manage a team under operational conditions
  • Commitment to safety and quality standards
