To support its continued expansion, the company seeks an experienced and results-driven Finance Manager to lead its financial operations and strengthen financial planning and reporting processes.


Position Overview

The Finance Manager will oversee the organization’s financial management functions, including accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance. The successful candidate will provide strategic financial guidance, ensure accurate financial reporting, and support leadership in making sound financial decisions.

This role requires a proactive professional who can manage financial operations efficiently while contributing to the organization’s long-term financial stability and growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the company’s accounting and financial operations.

  • Prepare and present accurate financial statements and management reports.

  • Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.

  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax requirements, and company policies.

  • Supervise accounting staff and coordinate financial activities across departments.

  • Monitor cash flow, financial risks, and cost management strategies.

  • Support internal and external audit processes.

  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.

  • Strengthen internal control systems and improve financial processes.


Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • 5–10 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.

  • Professional certification such as ACCA, CA, or an MBA will be considered an advantage.
