We are seeking a highly experienced, commercially astute, and results-driven Financing Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in structuring financing solutions, managing banking relationships, and securing funding to support business growth and large-scale asset acquisition.

Position Summary

As a Financing Manager, you will lead the development and execution of financing strategies that support equipment acquisition, business expansion, and operational funding needs. You will engage directly with banks, leasing companies, and financial institutions to secure competitive financing solutions while ensuring compliance, risk management, and commercial viability.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute financing strategies to support equipment acquisition and business operations.
• Structure and negotiate complex financing arrangements, including asset financing, leasing, structured finance, and trade finance solutions.
• Manage relationships with commercial banks, lending institutions, and financial partners.
• Evaluate financing proposals and ensure alignment with business objectives and risk parameters.
• Conduct financial analysis, credit assessments, and feasibility studies for funding opportunities.
• Lead negotiations to secure favorable financing terms and conditions.
• Support business units in identifying funding requirements and structuring appropriate solutions.
• Monitor financial agreements to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory standards.
• Provide strategic financial insights to support executive decision-making.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align financing activities with operational and growth objectives.
• Track market trends in equipment financing, lending, and capital markets to identify opportunities.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Qualification & Experience

• Minimum of 7–10 years of relevant experience in:
  • Equipment financing
  • Commercial banking
  • Corporate lending
  • Asset financing
  • Leasing
  • Structured finance
  • Trade finance
• Strong experience working with banks and commercial financing institutions.
• Prior experience in sectors such as heavy equipment, construction, mining, logistics, automotive, or industrial operations is a strong advantage.
• Proven track record in negotiating and structuring complex financial deals.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Excellent understanding of credit risk assessment and commercial financing principles.
