A reputable manufacturing company is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and internal controls.
The successful candidate will work closely with senior management to support strategic decision-making and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee accounting and financial reporting functions
- Lead budgeting and forecasting activities
- Monitor cash flow and financial performance
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate audits and financial reviews
- Provide financial insights to support business decisions
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- ACCA, ICA, CIMA, or equivalent professional qualification
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience, including management responsibilities
- Strong analytical and financial management skills
- Experience within manufacturing, FMCG, or industrial sectors is an advantage
Salary:
GHS 12,000 – GHS 18,000
