Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Officer to join our team in Accra. The successful candidate will manage day-to-day financial operations, support reporting, and contribute to the organization’s financial planning and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare accurate financial reports, statements, and analyses to support decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Support audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
• Collaborate with other departments to maintain financial accuracy and operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
