Job Overview

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Finance Officer to support the financial operations of the organization. The successful candidate will manage financial records, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and contribute to sound financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.

• Process invoices, payments, and receipts in a timely manner.

• Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.

• Assist in budgeting, financial forecasting, and expense tracking.

• Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial regulations.

• Support audits and provide required documentation.

• Maintain confidentiality and integrity in all financial matters.

Qualifications & Requirements

• HND or Diploma in Accounting or a related field.

• Relevant experience in a finance or accounting role is an advantage.

• Strong numerical and analytical skills.

• Proficiency in basic accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.

• High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
