Role Summary

The Fleet Administration Support Officer provides administrative assistance to the Fleet Administrator to ensure seamless fleet operations. The role involves maintaining accurate fleet records, supporting documentation processes, updating fleet data, and assisting with various administrative tasks related to vehicle management, compliance, and reporting.


Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate fleet records and databases.

  • Support the Fleet Administrator with documentation and reporting processes.

  • Update fleet data, including vehicle registration, insurance, and maintenance records.

  • Assist with administrative tasks related to vehicle compliance and operational requirements.

  • Help prepare reports and summaries on fleet operations as required.

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth coordination of fleet activities.

  • Follow instructions and meet deadlines in completing assigned tasks.


Qualifications & Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.

  • At least 1 year of experience in data entry, administrative support, or fleet/logistics operations is an advantage but not required.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and other data entry systems.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording and tracking information.

  • Good communication, teamwork, and collaboration skills.

  • Ability to follow instructions, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
