Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, vendors, and business partners.
- Receive, direct, and manage phone calls, emails, and inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Welcome visitors and provide accurate information regarding company services and operations.
- Schedule meetings, manage appointment calendars, and coordinate meeting room bookings.
- Maintain visitor logs, front desk registers, and administrative records.
- Coordinate courier services, receive deliveries, and manage outgoing correspondence.
- Ensure the reception area remains organized, professional, and presentable at all times.
- Support administrative tasks including filing, data entry, photocopying, and document management.
- Assist departments with office coordination and communication support.
- Handle customer concerns and inquiries with professionalism and discretion.
- Monitor office supplies and report replenishment needs when necessary.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, Office Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a receptionist, customer service, or front desk role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
