We are seeking a proactive, customer-focused, and highly organized Front Desk Executive to join our team and contribute to creating a welcoming and professional environment for all clients, visitors, and stakeholders.

Position Summary

The Front Desk Executive will oversee the front desk and reception area while serving as the first point of contact for clients and visitors. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining a positive company image by delivering excellent customer service and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome visitors and respond professionally to inquiries regarding the company’s products and services.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls efficiently and courteously.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings between guests and company staff.
  • Receive visitors and direct them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
  • Maintain accurate records of guests, walk-ins, advertisers, and incoming advertisements.
  • Organize, file, and maintain company database records and documentation.
  • Provide administrative and clerical support in collaboration with the administrative team.
  • Contact potential clients to identify and promote sales opportunities for the company’s products and services.
  • Ensure the reception area remains organized, professional, and welcoming at all times.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A university degree in Management, Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of one (1) year professional working experience in a similar role.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as general computer technology skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities with attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems effectively.
  • Fluency in the English language, both written and spoken.
