Position Overview

We are seeking a results-driven and strategic General Manager to lead and oversee the overall operations of the company. The successful candidate will drive business growth, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure the achievement of organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily operations across all departments to ensure efficiency and productivity.

• Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with the company’s vision and objectives.

• Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and optimizing existing processes.

• Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.

• Proven ability to drive organizational growth and operational excellence.
