Role Overview

NATIV Ltd seeks an experienced and results-oriented General Manager to lead overall business operations, drive production efficiency, and support long-term growth. This role provides strategic and operational leadership across manufacturing, finance, human resources, and sales while ensuring high standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversee day-to-day operations of the manufacturing facility.

• Plan, coordinate, and optimize production processes to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets.

• Manage budgets, control costs, and improve operational efficiency and profitability.

• Lead and develop management and production teams to achieve performance goals.

• Ensure compliance with safety, labor, and regulatory standards within the manufacturing environment.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across sewing, garment production, and supply chain operations.

• Build strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and key business partners.

• Prepare operational and performance reports and present insights to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field; higher qualifications are an added advantage.

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in garment, sewing, textile, or light manufacturing.

• At least 3 years in a senior management or leadership role within a manufacturing environment.

• Strong understanding of production planning, quality control, and manufacturing operations.

• Proven leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and people management abilities.
