Position Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic, motivated, and customer-focused Graduate Trainees to join our team in Accra. This programme offers a unique opportunity to develop professional competencies in customer service, sales, communication, and digital engagement while working in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

As a Graduate Trainee, you will:

  • Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.
  • Identify customer needs, investigate concerns, and deliver timely and effective solutions.
  • Process customer requests, including forms, orders, applications, and related service inquiries.
  • Support the execution of promotional activities and social media advertising campaigns in alignment with the company’s marketing strategy.
  • Build strong customer relationships through excellent communication and service delivery.
  • Apply sales techniques to recommend products and services, generate leads, and support business growth.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and ensure compliance with company procedures and service standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve operational and customer satisfaction goals.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree, HND, Diploma, or Secondary School Certificate holders are encouraged to apply.
  • High proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Proficiency in additional local or international languages will be an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts and rotational schedules.
  • Strong willingness to learn, grow, and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
