Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team in planning, executing, and monitoring sales activities.
  • Assist in customer engagement, relationship management, and account development.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to support sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of promotions and campaigns.
  • Participate in sales reporting, forecasting, and performance tracking.
  • Engage in mentorship and training programs to develop commercial, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field from a reputable university.
  • Strong analytical capability and commercial awareness.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
