We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Corporate HR Officer to support and strengthen our human resource strategy and operations in Tema. The successful candidate will drive HR governance, talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement initiatives across the business.

Key Responsibilities
- Implement HR policies, frameworks, and governance standards across the organization
- Manage end-to-end talent lifecycle processes, including recruitment, onboarding, development, and retention
- Lead succession planning and support the development of strong talent pipelines
- Drive learning and development initiatives to address skills gaps and build organizational capability
- Support employee relations strategies and promote a positive workplace culture
- Coordinate HR projects and cross-functional initiatives across departments
- Analyze HR data and generate insights to support decision-making and workforce planning
- Support organizational development and change management initiatives
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices
- Collaborate with leadership to improve employee engagement and performance outcomes
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Professional certification (CIPD, SHRM, PHR, or equivalent) is an added advantage
- Minimum of 5–7 years of professional HR experience
- Strong experience in HR governance, policy implementation, and organizational development
- Proven track record in succession planning and talent pipeline management
- Experience in capability development and skills gap reduction initiatives
- Strong background in employee relations and engagement strategies
- Experience managing the full talent lifecycle from acquisition to development
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR information systems
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
