Job Summary

Are you a recent Mechanical Engineering graduate eager to launch your career in a dynamic manufacturing environment?

Nutrifoods Ghana Limited invites you to join our Graduate Trainee Program, designed to provide:

  • Practical technical experience
  • Mentorship
  • Exposure to machinery and maintenance operations

The program equips trainees with the skills needed to excel in maintenance supervision and engineering roles.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of manufacturing equipment and machinery
  • Support daily maintenance operations and preventive maintenance schedules
  • Participate in technical inspections, quality checks, and compliance activities
  • Learn and apply best practices in equipment supervision and maintenance management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency and minimize downtime
  • Document maintenance activities, prepare reports, and monitor maintenance KPIs under supervision
  • Engage in structured mentorship and training programs to develop technical and leadership competencies

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BSc.) in Mechanical Engineering
  • Recent graduate or up to 1 year post-graduate experience preferred
  • Strong interest in maintenance, machinery, and manufacturing operations
  • Teachable, receptive to feedback, and committed to learning
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills
  • Effective communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic manufacturing environment
