Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head, Card to lead the bank’s card and payments product portfolio. In this role, you will oversee the management of card products, develop growth strategies, and ensure profitability while maintaining strong partnerships across third-party sales channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the card product portfolio, including strategy, planning, and execution.

• Manage the balance sheet and income statement for card products to ensure financial performance.

• Oversee the end-to-end management of card and payments products, including market development and regulatory compliance.

• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with third-party sales channels and industry stakeholders.

• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for product innovation and growth.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience

• First Degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, or a related field.

• 8–10 years of experience in personal and private banking, with a focus on card and payments products.

• Proven experience in managing the balance sheet and income statement of a business or product line.

• Deep understanding of the payments industry, card products, and partnership management.

• Strong leadership, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
