Job Purpose
The Senior Investment Sales Officer drives the growth of the Bank’s investment portfolio by developing and managing strong client relationships, promoting tailored investment solutions, and delivering exceptional service. The role actively identifies new business opportunities and strengthens the Bank’s position within the asset and fund management space.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage profitable relationships with new and existing clients.
Promote and sell a broad range of investment and wealth management solutions.
Identify client needs and recommend suitable investment products.
Drive revenue growth through proactive sales and marketing initiatives.
Monitor market trends and provide insights to clients on investment opportunities.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver seamless client service.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and reports.
Minimum Qualifications
First Degree (required).
GSE Investment Adviser Certification (mandatory requirement for the role).
Preferred Qualifications
A second degree is an advantage.
Additional professional certifications or memberships relevant to investment advisory, asset management, or financial services are desirable.
Experience Required
Minimum of 3–4 years’ experience in sales or marketing, preferably within the financial services industry.
Proven experience in relationship management.
Strong understanding of the asset or fund management environment.
Demonstrated experience in delivering investment solutions.
Skills and Competencies
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
High level of integrity and professionalism.
Strong analytical and market awareness skills.
Customer-focused with the ability to build lasting relationships.
