We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Manager Engineer, Software (Full Stack) to lead the design and development of robust, secure, and scalable digital solutions.


Role Overview

As Manager Engineer, Software (Full Stack), you will translate business and functional requirements into technical solutions. You will design, develop, and manage end-to-end software applications while ensuring reliability, resilience, and security. You will play a critical role in driving innovation and enhancing digital banking capabilities.


Key Responsibilities

You will:

  • Translate business and functional requirements into detailed technical specifications.

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable full-stack applications.

  • Lead the development of secure, reliable, and high-performing systems.

  • Drive automation and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.

  • Ensure system integration across platforms and enterprise solutions.

  • Apply agile engineering principles to deliver iterative and value-driven solutions.

  • Implement threat modelling and security engineering best practices.

  • Monitor system performance and implement improvements for resilience and reliability.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and user-centered design.

  • Document technical processes, architectures, and system changes accurately.

  • Enforce adherence to internal policies and basic safety rules within the technical environment.


Qualifications & Experience

  • First Degree in Information Technology, Information Studies, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • 5–7 years’ experience in software engineering, with strong full-stack development expertise.

  • Proven experience in translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

  • Strong reading and comprehension skills for interpreting technical documentation and requirements.
