Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Administration to lead and optimize our administrative functions in Accra. The successful candidate will drive operational efficiency, support executive leadership, and ensure seamless office management while fostering a collaborative and welcoming work environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and optimize all administrative operations and office management functions to ensure seamless daily activities.
  • Develop and implement efficient systems for scheduling, record-keeping, and information management.
  • Manage high-level correspondence and establish effective communication protocols across the organization.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide strategic administrative support to executive leadership and various departments.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the administrative team, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, office procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive process improvements and operational excellence across administrative functions.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in a senior administrative or managerial role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree is an added advantage.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven leadership and strategic planning capabilities.
  • Strong ability to manage complex administrative functions and improve processes.
  • Proficiency in advanced office software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize critical initiatives, and work independently while leading a team.
