Role Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Head of Finance to lead our finance function and drive strategic financial management across the Group. This senior leadership role will oversee financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and controls, ensuring the organization’s financial health and compliance while supporting growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the Group’s financial strategy.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Ensure robust financial control systems, compliance, and risk management practices.
• Provide strategic insights to support business decisions and growth initiatives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders to drive operational efficiency.
• Maintain high standards of integrity, accountability, and transparency in all financial matters.

Educational & Professional Requirements

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Professional qualification (ACCA, ICA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent) is required.
• Minimum 10–12 years of experience in finance or accounting.
• At least 5 years in a senior finance leadership role.
• Proven experience in financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and financial control.
